These experiences can leave you feeling sad, angry, anxious, numb, or like you’ve lost your sense of self.

I am a certified Grief Educator, Grief To Gratitude Coach & published author.
I specialize in supporting people who are grieving and navigating the difficult transition from life before their loss to life after.
Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing, and incredibly isolating. Many people wonder if what they're experiencing is normal, why they're struggling so much, or why they don't seem to be coping the way others expect.
