I’m Carol Banens — a Grief and Loss Counsellor.

I am a certified Grief Educator, Grief To Gratitude Coach & published author.

I help people who’ve lost their partners and those facing many kinds of grief navigate the emotional pain of loss with compassion, clarity, and support.

Grief doesn’t just take time. It takes work. And that work is hard.

From experience, I know it’s easier to face the ups and downs of grief when someone is beside you.
